Researcher - Applied Hydrology and Hydroinformatics (Apr '18 - Present)

Relevant Project - GEOGloWS ECMWF Streamflow Service

  • Built a global hydrologic model providing discharge forecasts for ~1 million reporting points
  • Developed a data web service with documentation and programming packages to make model results accessible in standard formats
  • Collaborated with Esri to create a web map service using state-of-the-art animation and visualization practices
  • Trained hydromet agencies worldwide to use global data services for local level analysis and decision making
